  For ninety years now, the consumer's electronics fair - IFA opens it's doors to visitors wanting new inventions in technology and new products for everyday use. IFA's size and significance that is present between manufacturers, customers and media is what makes it one of the top three global events of this type (CEATEC (Japan) and CES (USA) are the other two). Even though there aren't revolutionary technology novelties every year of the show, there certainly are new trends that will mark a new circle in consumer's electronics market, at least until next year's IFA.

With a slight time lag, the mentioned "tech circus" moves to secondary, regional fairs that show those trends to customers on a local level. One of those is the "Zagreb AV Show" celebrating 20th birthday, and is being supported by our magazine from the beginning.

The show could be easily compared to a standard of other bigger and wealthier countries. In a period of 20 years, thanks to the enthusiasm of the organizer and the support of local distributors of audio/video products, it has grown and kept growing from a Hi-Fi fair, to movie theater until today, now offering a complete multimedia and represents a miniature of the mentioned global fairs, on a domestic market.

I believe that this jubilee edition of this fair will awaken your interest and that you will visit it in a large number as you have for the past years, so we could celebrate it together.

The magazine you are now reading is also full with "timeless content" in an article about Star Wars where we bring you a timeline of the history that follows the movie sequences of this cult SF series, as well as in a music theme about a supergroup from the last century – Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young.

Of course, the new magazine number is abundant with AV tests and chosen music and film reviews.
