Nothing For Sale Audio Room (NFS Audio)

  What can be said about the NFS Audio room? Well, for starters nothing is for sale. This is just a room to hang out in, enjoy some music by a couple of guys who setup a room at T.H.E. Show Newport 2016. They also serve drinks all day, which upon discussing this with my Muse and wife Heather she was now really bummed she could not attend. Perhaps next year i'll bring Heather with me and let her drink her way through the show, as there were quite a few rooms serving a variety of drunks, i mean drinks.

This room featured Magnepan, Harman, ModWright, Sony, Ortofon, Nakamichi, Channel Islands, Skogrand Cables and, dare we say, fine wine, limoncello, and snacks all within a room full of bliss lighting effects. Every year NFS Audio has one of the coolest vibes and while nothing was for sale, the kind folks at Skogrand let me in on their award-earning cables, some of which are also not for sale.

Skogrand cables start at $2300, so there was one thing you could kinda sorta, in a way, buy that was within the Nothing For Sale Audio room. GIK Acoustics sweet Q7d diffusors and FreeStand acoustic panels also made a nice showing here too. Obviously the music was downright as fun-n-funky as the room itself and so NFS Audio gets an award for the Mostest Funnest Room at T.H.E. Show Newport 2016.
