Montreal Salon Audio / Montreal Audio Fest 2016 Show Report

  The Montréal Salon Audio // Audio Fest 2016 marks a change to this longtime Canada Springtime show. What was once the Salon Son & Image and FSI Montreal events has now been re-titled the Montréal Salon Audio // Audio Fest. Initially, this event was cancelled under the Chester Group's leadership as the Salon Son & Image show only about two weeks or so away from the opening. Then about a week before the show, this event was reborn as the Montreal Salon Audio // Audio Fest 2016. As they say, the show must go on.

Whilst we'll technically call this the 29th edition of the annual Montreal Salon Audio // Audio Fest, it took place from March 18th through 20th at the Hotel Bonaventure Montreal. As a thank you to everyone who helped make this show go on, admission was absolutely free! The long-established Montreal Spring audio event was your chance to meet high-end audio industry's top designers, audition impressive sound systems, and learn about all the latest trends and innovations.
