Brinkmann Nyquist ONE Streaming DAC Assessment Review
Brinkmann Audio is making an impact at Munich's HIGH END 2025 immersive music / audiophile show in Germany this weekend. The company is showcasing their latest innovations in high-end audio technology. Brinkmann contacted Enjoy the Music.com to share the news about the company's new Nyquist ONE Streaming DAC and other products being showcased at HIGH END 2025 in Munich. We're here to give you more details and our thoughts as high-end audio seeks to push the envelope in audio performance and design.
The standout announcement from Brinkmann is their debut of the Nyquist ONE, a reimagining of their renowned Nyquist series of digital-to-analogue (DAC) processors. Building upon advanced circuit concepts from the TraNt series, the Nyquist ONE features an improved power supply and a new circuit board layout that sets a new standard for DAC technology. Notably, while the existing Nyquist model will be discontinued, all future digital modules remain compatible with earlier versions — providing an effective upgrade path. The new product is expected to be available in October 2025 with an MSRP of $21,990 (€19,990).
In addition to the groundbreaking Nyquist ONE, Brinkmann is unveiling new enhancements across its product range. The company now offers electronics in three fresh finishes — all Black, all Silver, or a Silver faceplate with a Black chassis and heat sinks — with pricing remaining unchanged.
