  It's always a very good day when I meet-up Vinh Vu during a show. There's always a smile on his face and good music playing too! During the Florida Audio Expo 2020 Vinh was going mainly head-fi with an abundance of stereo headphones, plus of course his line of DanaCables and Ginko Audio speakers and tweaks. Sennheiser's incredible HDV 820 digital headphone amplifier provided plenty of drive for virtually and set of cans. Of course all headphone cables were, as you guessed it, by DanaCables.

Somehow missed taking a pic of his excellent Ginko Audio Clarissa LE stand-mounted speakers mated with their Sextet MiniSwarm powered sub. I do recall the system sounding impressive, fast and clean with good deep bass support too. Of course if you want top-shelf sound for your cans, then Vinh's DanaTone HeadSpace headphones amp, first introduced in prototype during RMAF 2016 by Enjoy the Music.com's Dave Hanson... and me too, will fit the bill very nicely!

Lampizator's Amber 3 DAC and Salk StreamPlayer for digital were joined by Pro-Ject Pre Box 2 and of course Gingko Audio's Super ARCH and ARCH 1, and Mini-ARCH... because everyone needs a mini-me :) Pangea loudspeaker stands and Furman's excellent PST-6 power strip round out the main hardware.

Alas, am not really a headphone guy so can't really comment there (love my custom in-ears). Vinh had a great room, with plenty to hear and try out. Next time you're at a show be sure to visit DanaCables / Ginko Audio's exhibit. Always good sound, friendly atmosphere, and you can play whatever music you choose too. Wonderful!
