  My listening notes have little here, perhaps the music sounded great and was too busy enjoying the music? Whatever the case, my feeble mind thinks the sound was politely British. Note to self, take better notes when you have to cover 40(!) room in a few days.

What i do recall is the lovely retro-looking Luxman gear. Why oh why is it that sometimes meeting friends and chatting 'interrupts' my work. During shows, sometimes we get caught up with catching up, how are the kids, will you be at AXPONA, etc. This actually happens more often than one would care to admit when you've been within the industry for decades. The new PD-151 turntable, shown above, was a new product introduction for Luxman at the show and will be shipping this month! A high-precision DC motor has a rated flutter of lower than 0.04% for 33.3 / 45 / 78 rpm to keep the 8.8 lbs platter spinning perfectly. An under-slung and suspended structure is said to eliminate the influence of vibrations from the turntable's supporting surface.

i do recall asking to review Luxman gear, so was probably in business mode versus reviewing mode. That i do remember for sure, so you know it had to sound good for me to request review gear :)
