DITA
Another Singapore brand serious in making awesome IEMs, it is backed by a parent company that has long history in audio business. Earlier this year, they introduced and sold out the limited edition Project 71 IEMs, a.k.a. Bumblebee. It was called the Bumblebee because the IEMs were constructed using three pieces of brass sandwiching two pieces of ebony wood, giving the stripes impression matching that of the Bumblebee. The cable, too, was finished differently than that of the Oslo cable, the base cable that it was based on. A round "DITA" engraved ebony wood housed in a brass ring can be found clasping onto the Y cable.

Sony
When Sony sets their mind into proving a statement, they'd do it in a cost-no-object and no corners cut manner. Their ES Series of audio products have proven to the audio industry that Sony is more than capable of delivering serious audiophile products. Seen here is the DMP-Z1 super charged portable media player.

The internal chassis employs an H-shaped aluminum structure. The top part houses the digital circuitry and has its own power cell for the digital section.

The bottom part is the analogue circuitry with independent battery cells to provide stable and clean power to the amplification section.

The volume controller is a Sony customized rotary system able to handle four separate signal paths, resulting in ultimate transparency and clear from any distortion. The knob is then gold plated to provide the smoothest touch to the users.

Seen here is the fully dissected NW-WM1Z Walkman capable of playing high resolution DSD files. The gold plated OFC chassis is said to be able to lower the contact resistance, thus, increasing the ground stability for purer audio quality.

The IER-Z1R is Sony's flagship answer to IEMs, using two dynamic drivers of different sizes and one balanced armature drivers. The inner housing has been acoustically controlled to allow the three drivers to achieve the most ideal phase response. Oh my, the IEMs felt heavy in the hand!
