Advanced Transduction

  Advanced Transduction Directorate loudspeaker is designed by recording engineer Bill Roberts. This system consisted of the Advanced Transduction model Directorate reference loudspeaker system. it is 96dB/W/m sensitive and is said to produce frequencies from 14Hz to 27kHz. They were being driven by the Melody AN 300B integrated amplifier using a pair of 300B triode vacuum tubes per channel to deliver 15 Watts.

Shanda Lear was singing live to a studio mix recorded by Bill Roberts. She has an excellent voice and is truly a professional. She needs to release an album... soon! Audiophiles will simply love her voice.

This system sounded more like a very accurate mastering facility than normal home audio system. Mastering dictates extreme in every sense of the word to ensure your mix and mastering is correct.
