Luigi Lorenzon (Designer / Builder) of Synthesis Art In Music SE tube amps (<$20k) was warm and inviting. Synthesis Art in Music is an Italian company founded by Luigi Lorenzon in 1992. It specializes in high-end audio equipment, particularly amplifiers, which are renowned for their exceptional sound quality, innovative design, and meticulous craftsmanship. The turntable was a Transrotor Artus FMD ($199,975) with Tamino MC cartridge ($19975). Transrotor is a German company founded in 1971 by Jochen Räke. It specializes in audiophile-quality high-performance turntables, blending precision engineering with aesthetically sophisticated designs. The company is known for its meticulous eye for details and craftsmanship. Their innovative features, such as magnetic suspension and gimbal chassis suspension, is what helps Transrotor turntables achieve exceptional sound quality. A re-issue LP test pressing captured the expansive sweep of full orchestra (Riner / Chicago) and then some. A true all-analog enjoyment experience and all loomed together with Tara Labs cabling.
