Sony had their multi-channel SCD-XB770 SACD player (specially imported and not
normally in São Paulo) in their room. Alas, it was not hooked up as was no SACD player. There was plenty of
Sony video and Memory Stick devices though.

Magnepan's most excellent 3.6 panel loudspeakers. Since i have
reviewed these for American print magazine Ultimate
Audio (Vol. 3, No. 3, p. 52), it can be said these are one amazing
panel loudspeaker capable of endless hours of musical bliss.
For the world traveler, such as myself, various gadgets and chachkies are a must. LG's portable DVD-Video player provides hours of music and movie pleasures while on the go. It is Dolby Digital and DTS capable as well.
Technics was showing their extensive line of equipment including their SA-E1010
70 wpc. stereo amplifier, SU-C1010
battery powered (!) pre-amplifier and the ever present DVD-A10 24-bit/192kHz DVD-Audio/Video player.
JVC had the most modern-looking AM/FM/CD/CD-R/CD-RW capable stereo unit. The FS-SD1000
(32 wpc. stereo) includes two small
cylinder loudspeakers for midrange and highs while bass in provided by a separate 60 subwoofer unit. Wireless remote control is also included.
The Kreische Audio & Video 2DF-2 diffusers are for controlling the acoustics of one's room. 400 elements are in each panel to insure
proper diffusion to reduce standing waves and other room anomalies.
The room filling over six foot high Sound Lab loudspeakers were producing wonderful music with
Walcott Audio's The Presence EL34-based monoblock
amplifiers. In cute red on top is David Berning's micro-ZOTL amplifier (see
below photo).
Nordost cables a-plenty folks! Looks like the really good stuff makes it to all corners around the world!

amplifier.
