York City's high-end audio/video 2012 event took place from April 13th through
the 15th at the luxurious and elegant Waldorf=Astoria hotel in Midtown
Manhattan. Open to the public, this two-and-a-half-day event was organized by
two show-management power houses known for producing high-end home
entertainment and electronics shows around the globe: the UK- based Chester
Group Exhibitions and Richard Beers of T.H.E.
Show (Las Vegas and Newport Beach). This event featured more than 100 brands and 70 exhibitors, plus live musical performances and lively educational seminars with editors and publishers from several popular consumer electronics publications, along with industry luminaries.
