  This summer hop aboard your cherished childhood toy, yet with an interesting twist for the adult in you! From Hammer Schlemmer comes the Green Machine ($75,000) that mates a three-wheel motorcycle with the looks of your Big Wheel. This 9' long three-wheeled motorcycle is no toy as she is powered by an air-cooled, 80" cu. Harley-Davidson v-twin Evo that feeds a manual 6-speed transmission. Top speeds are only 50mph, yet am sure with some work she could easily go faster! Giving a nod to the Big Wheel, the Green Machine retains much of the same proportions as possible yet with an eye-catching color scheme. The 45" diameter front wheel is said to be the largest for such a vehicle and is chain-driven within a safe, protective cowling. There are two handheld push/pull levers to control the two rear wheels via a directional linkage. Stopping this 450 lbs trike is via the hand levers. Hammer Schlemmer’s Green Machine is like its namesake and vibrant color as it gets 47 mpg; with the 8.5 gallon gas tank providing 400 miles of travel.
