The E.A.R. room had the Origin Live Sovereign turntable with Live Conqueror tonearm ($5,900), EAR 324 phono stage ($3,595), and Marten Design model Coltrane Altos ($22,000 per pair) three-way design. The loudspeaker has a downward firing 9-inch bass

New from EAR is their 100-watt per channel stereo hybrid (tube input, solid-state output) transformer coupled model 834T integrated stereo amplifier ($3,595).
Totem Acoustics' Rainmaker ($900 per pair) minimonitor presents a 4-ohm load and has a lowish 88dB/W/m sensitivity. Frequency response is from 42Hz to 20kHz (+-3dB).
Loudspeaker manufacturer Kharma's CRM 3.2E ($21,000) was mated with the Lamm M1.2 Reference 110 watt "Class A" monoblock amplifier ($19,600 per pair).
Tenor Audio's just released 300HP ($34,000) 300-watt monoblock hybrid amplifier has ECC83 tube for input and 6H30 for driver. This unit operates in "Class AB" and weighs a hefty 120 lbs.
Only from the design styling of the Italians do we graciously receive the Mel Audio Design Rechav II CD player ($3,590). Color choices include black, metal grey blue Bugatti, Orange Lamborghini, and of course Ferrari red.
