  The holidays are a great time of the year to spend time with your family and friends. Since we spend more time indoors, they also present the perfect opportunity to listen to more music, watch movies and play video games. In this issue we decided to forgo the regular Product News section and instead entertain with you an expanded holiday gift guide. We hope that you have as much fun reading it as we did putting it together. You should find plenty of great gift ideas for that special someone on your list and for yourself as well. Many of the products you'll find on our list found their way there because we either reviewed them in a past issue or discovered them at a store, a show or a friend's house. It shouldn't be a surprise then that we would love to own many of them ourselves! I can't lie, when I get into the holiday shopping mode - I'm always very tempted to buy myself a couple of gifts from my own list. With a little more time on your hands, the holidays are also a great time to try some performance tweaks on your audio or home theater setup. And as you've come to expect, we've also got several great product reviews for you to check out.
