Revealed At FIAE 2026 — Two
Prodigio-Based Reference Stereo Systems
The show floor opened today at the Florida International Audio Expo (FIAE) 2026, and first up is a pair of stereo sound systems that demanded attention for different reasons. System 1 combined the flagship Prodigio Audio Vitorlas ($90,000) with a Trinnov Amethyst ($12,000) front end and a Kora TA480 amplifier ($19,999), supported by an Apex Design custom server ($6,000), VIABLUE cabling, Ultrasonic shelving at $2,000 per shelf, and Lorica subwoofers. On paper, for Enjoy the Music.com readers keeping track, the known component subtotal came to $127,999, and with a single Ultrasonic shelf the demo rack pushed the visible package to about $129,999+ before accounting for accessories such as room acoustic tuning devices. The Trinnov was used judiciously, which let the system show its strengths without obvious DSP artifacts.
Sonically, System 1 was immediately notable for transparency and speed. Transients snapped with authority, cymbal shimmer and piano decay were rendered with micro-detail that revealed inner harmonics without sounding etched. Imaging was precise; performers sat on a deep, layered soundstage with convincing depth cues and a near-photographic center image.
The Trinnov Amethyst surely proved its worth as a room and timing tool, with conservative correction. The Kora TA480 amplifier and VIABLUE cabling plus Ultrasonic rack help round out this home audio sound system.
System 2, which i did not hear, presented the Prodigio Audio WR1 ($60,000) paired with a Kora TB140 integrated amplifier ($6,999) and a BACCH SP configured unit ($30,000), again using VIABLUE cabling and Ultrasonic shelving at $2,000 per shelf. The known subtotal for that stack was $96,999, and with a shelf the visible package sat around $98,999+ before cable and accessory costs. On the floor, System 2 looked impressive.
Unique Home Audio at the Florida International Audio Expo 2026 delivered two compelling takes on high-end stereo: one that chases ultimate transparency and timing, and another that may balance at a lower price.
Surely both systems showcased the strengths of Prodigio's designs and Kora's amplification, which we here at Enjoy the Music.com very much appreciate, and both made a persuasive case for careful system matching and room optimization. For listeners who prize detail and speed, System 1 is revelatory and deeply satisfying.
