  Florida Audio Expo 2020 had local dealer Suncoast Audio, located at 7353 International Place, Unit 309, within SUNsational Sarasota (Florida), with Fyne Audio F-702 speakers in Piano Gloss Walnut ($8995 per pair) being powered by the prestigious Pass Labs INT-60 integrated amplifier ($9000). As in their other 12th floor room, digital front-end was Aurender yet this time their W20SE music server / streamer ($22,000) feeding Hi-Res Music to the LaScala MkII Optologic DAC ($7700).

VPI Industries' HW-40 40th Anniversary direct drive turntable ($15,000) is a joy to behold! May Weisfeld is kickin' it big time so if you got the coin, do it! My Sonic Lab's Ultra Eminent EX MC phono cartridge ($6995) was brought up to sensational signal via Pass Labs XP-17 phonostage ($4300). Cables here are by Shunyata Research (insert loooong list here), with rack being by Critical Mass Systems ($$$$ depending on configuration). CenterStage Footers .08 ($960 for set of four) ensure those unwanted vibrations don't interfere with the vinyl LP/ cartridge love affair. Hmm, they don't have notes on the Moon player, yet it's all good as got a pic of it right there :)

My listening notes say "Smooth sound, really nice deep and tuneful bass and midbass. Natural midrange and excellent harmonic structure." My aural memory easily tells me Suncoast Audio's Room 12-13 was one of the best sounding rooms during the Florida Audio Expo 2020. Bravo and well done!

Oh, and before I forget, you can always tell the smart seasoned professionals during shows as they start at the very top floor, and then take advantage of gravity while using the stairs (thus avoiding elevator wait times).
