Advantages In Advertising

While we realize there are many venues for your advertising dollar, Enjoy the Music.com provides many benefits not experienced elsewhere. We recognize it can be hard to decide who truly provides the best value, therefore the below presents your company with very important information. Many websites offer some type of banner advertisement and you must consider where your advertisement is placed, how many times it is seen, and the all-important actual click through rate. Also of note is that virtually all major search engines rank Enjoy the Music.com at top position for many popular audiophile search phrases.

Where your advertisement is placed within a web page is extremely important. This can not be stressed highly enough. How many times your advertisement is actually viewable is of paramount importance as some websites use what is called a rotating script. Basically, this means your advertisement space is shared with many others on their page. Ask them how many others share that same space. As an example, if ten advertisers share a single space, then your advertisement is seen 1/10th of the time. As such, their advertising rates should be 1/10th the cost, yet are far higher. This situation also imparts a lack of consistency and lowers the amount of views for your advertisement. Enjoy the Music.com does not use any rotating script so your advertisement appears all the time and in the same location on multiple web pages. This important advantage gives your target audience the ability to remember your advertisement, click on it and view your company's site.

Online advertising spend will reach $42 billion by the year 2011, up from the 16.9 billion invested in 2006 according to eMarketer. eMarketer is "The First Place to Look" for research and analysis on digital marketing and media. They take aggregates and analyzes research from over 2,800 sources. Within their recent press release they go on to state, "One big trend is that the nation's largest advertisers are shifting more of their budgets from traditional media to the Internet.... Among Advertising Ages "100 Leading National Advertisers," 69 of them allocated a smaller share of their total ad budgets toward the four traditional measured media -- TV, radio, newspapers and magazines -- in 2006 than they did in 2005. More than half, 58 of those same advertisers, decreased their spending share going to the four traditional and increased the share going to the Internet. Combined, the 100 top advertisers spent nearly $230 million less on the Traditional Four media in 2006 compared with 2005, while boosting their Internet ad spending by $558 million."

Enjoy the Music.com takes great effort ensuring your company's message is seen by your targeted audience all around the world. Unlike other types of publications, the Internet has no geographic boundaries so your advertisement here equals sales in the Unites States, Europe, Asia, and beyond.
