New York Audio Show
Report 2014
We celebrate a new feature, which will be appearing in virtually all our future reviews
and photo-based show reports here at Enjoy the Music.com. Click on any image with a red dot/crosshairs to see a much larger, hi-res version!
First, huge
apologies as am extremely busy with business meetings, meetings with VCs,
incubator friends, etc., since Brooklyn is the Silicon Valley of the
Northeast. The great news is that i hope you enjoy the new camera gear (Ziess
glass, etc) and thus an abundance of photos, yet text and listening
impressions are slim pickings. Also, only have 1.5 days here in Brooklyn and
not the full 3 as many others are enjoying. The great news is that Enjoy
the Music.com's excellent show photojournalist Rick Becker is also here
reporting and his show report will be extremely extensive and should appear
online in a week or two. A most humble thanks for your patience. Hope you
enjoy the photos from the new camera rig.
Chad Kassem of Acoustic Sounds is here
at the New York Audio Show 2014. This was the very first photo i took, as it
was opposite where myself plus my Muse and incredible wife Heather received
our press passes. It also just so happens that Chad's annual Blues
Masters at the Crossroads concert is a week after RMAF
2014, which we may
be providing live streaming online for the world to see and hear. You could
also chat live with blues legends too! So, with
full audio/video production facility in tow, it looks like Enjoy
the Music.TV may be live streaming Chad's glorious concert in a few
weeks. See 9/24/14's Industry News for
more details on that musical masterpiece moment. Some small details still need
to be ironed out, yet we're all for, and about, the music. Or as i say,
enjoy the music! Below are some of the great goodies for sale at Acoustic
Sounds' booth here at NYAS 2014.

My wife Heather, lucky gal that she is, is
enjoying music via the the King Sound M10 ($1300) full range electrostatic
headphones that includes amplification. Some girls have all the luck, as she
gets to listen and i get to take the photo. Sometimes life is just not fair
:( And sometimes it is, because look at how happy she is :)
