  Last spring, I finally got a chance to hear what a difference the remarkable DS Audio ES-001 Eccentricity Detection Stabilizer could impart to LP playback, and I was completely shocked.

The first thing most people say when I mention its name is, "What is eccentricity?" Well, if there is any deviation from or LP having a perfectly circular rotational path around the turntable spindle, any deviance or aberrations from the perfect revolution around the spindle contribute to, and are measured as, eccentricity.
