  The name the audio analyst first appeared in 1988 as the title of a small, high-end audio publication that Senior Editor Greg Weaver founded that same year. Now, having written for some of the finest audio publications in the USA, it has made its way back to the fore as the primary outlet for his work, both written and recorded.

Today, we're fortunate to have Greg sharing two recordings with us. The title cut Cat People (Putting Out Fire) by David Bowie and Giorgio Moroder, which is from the 1982 "Cat People" soundtrack. Within the video below we have Greg playing the digital audio stream, and again using the vinyl LP version.
