Named in a tribute to the capital city, the KL International AV Show held in Kuala Lumpur is designed to showcase the latest technology and innovations that the world's audio and video consumer electronic companies have to offer discerning enthusiasts from all walks of Malaysian society. This year mark a momentous occasion for the KL International AV Show as it celebrates its 25th anniversary since its conception back in 1994. Returning once again to the excellent venue at Sunway Putra Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, the 2018 edition of the show introduced various new products from many high profile brands while giving visiting audiophiles and videophiles an opportunity to sample them all conveniently in one place. Spread across two levels at the venue with a total of 68 unique exhibits, the show brings together all aspects of sound and vision products from high end Hi-fi to home theater systems and even personal audio such as headphones and portable music systems. The first big hi-fi system that is seen once inside is from high end Swiss manufacturer, FM Acoustics with a system comprising of its amplifiers power amplifiers and speakers which were fed tunes through a digital source via the dCS Rossini CD Player and matching Rossini master clock while the analogue source was a Vertere turntable.
