Munich HIGH END Show Report 2016
TIDAL has expanded their loudspeaker finishes so that bespoke REL colors for their speakers. Their model Piano G2 speaker ($22,800 in Velvetech finish). Wood veneer finishes are also available. The Diacra version has diamond tweeter and enhance crossover ($40,000) was also at HIGH END 2016. Their new website has plenty more info including electronics.
Naturally all the front-end electronics were also made by TIDAL. i am thoroughly impressed by the high quality of their amplification. Very solid build quality and stunning mirror-like black gloss highlighted with chrome. Sensational!
As for the sound i was hearing within their room, it was excellent, with wonderfully rendered imaging. The sound was fast and clean with instruments floating in a glorious three-dimensions space.
