Cardas Audio Clear Network CAT 7 Ethernet Cable

  Cardas Audio is my fave microphone cable and they make everything from analog and digital RCA coax to loudspeaker cables and more! During HIGH END 2016 they were showcasing their new Cardas Clear Network CAT 7 cable. Being CAT 7 means you get the fastest, latest technology in a very high quality construction as Cardas Audio is known for the world over.

With the advent of network hard drives and Hi-Res Audio digital audio streaming services, the demand for higher quality Ethernet cables has exploded says the company. Cardas Clear Network utilizes eight 24 AWG Cardas Ultra-Pure Copper solid core conductors that are jacketed in skin-foamed polyethylene. There are precision-arranged in shielded pairs to keep noise down and the signal quality high. Each pair has their own drain wire. The bundle of pairs are wrapped in a foil shield, and then a braided shield for further noise rejection. Cardas Audio's Clear Network CAT 7 cable comes jacketed in soft, flexible thermoplastic rubber. Due to ensuring very high precision in signal transfer, all Cardas Clear Network is hand terminated with premium Telegartner RJ45 connectors.

Also at the Cardas Audio booth at HIGH END 2016 were some, well, enormously-sized connectors. Ok, we'll call these connectors ginormous!!! They were on display to give showgoers a better look at the high precision connectors they offer. Before i forget to mention this, Cardas Audio also produces truly impressive HDMI and phono cables for digital and analog lovers.
