Only active members of the Enjoy the
Music.com Mailing List residing within the United States of America are eligible to win. One entry per person with valid e-mail address.
Enjoy the
Music.com is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by
equipment or
program, misdirected entries or any problems or technical malfunctions.
Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or near May 31, 2008. If
prize winner does not respond to winning e-mail notification within 5 (five) days from
initial date sent, a new winner may be chosen. Rules are subject to change
without notice.
The award is valued at $250 and it is the sole responsibility of
MusicGiants to supply prize to
contest winner. While the warrantee period of a prize is the responsibility of
the manufacturer, the prize winner is responsible for any taxes and other fees
including, but not limited, to licensing, taxes, or insurance. Enjoy the
Music.com will have no obligation due to any
financial or consequential gain or loss due to winning a prize.
Due to laws concerning music copyrights, the contest is only
valid to those residing within the United States of America and is void where prohibited by law. Persons under the age of 18 must
obtain the consent of a parent or guardian in order to enter the contest.
Children under 13 are not eligible to enter the contest. Employees, officers, and directors
of Enjoy the
Music.com and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies and their immediate families and those living in their households, are not eligible to participate.
No substitutions of prizes for other prizes, cash or credit is permitted. The
odds of winning a prize depends upon the number of eligible Enjoy the
Music.com Mailing List members.
Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use winner's name,
likeness, voice, biographical information and statements for any lawful
purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising, publicity and promotional
purposes in perpetuity and worldwide, in any and all media, without
additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Enjoy the Music.com reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
contest and a contest entry. By participating, entrants and winners release Enjoy the
Music.com's and its sponsors, its affiliated, parent, and subsidiary companies, its employees, agents and officers, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as all others associated with the development and execution of this
contest, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from the
contest and the awarding and use of the prize. Enjoy the
Music.com assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or
use of prize.
By entering, contest participants fully and unconditionally agree to be
bound by these official contest rules. Rules are subject to change without
notice. Any violation of these official rules
by any prize winner will result in such prize recipient's disqualification.
