High-End 2001

What can i say here... tubes, Lowthers an vinyl... The Opera room has it all for those of us who enjoy new old technology. Proof that the more that things change, the more they stay the same.
The Bella Luna (9,800/pr DM) loudspeaker by Duevel reminds of a miniature version of Platinum Audio's Air Pulse 3.1... This special pair with acrylic is a one-off model... i was asked not to consider the added cost in this special unit.
This room, without a doubt, had the best sound of the show so far.
Seen above at virtually life size it WBT's new economy loudspeaker binding posts

PitRacer CD player (front), the popular Gaincard amplifier (rear left) and
many other 40 Labs goodies. Take note! The single driver loudspeaker is a new
product invented by Sead Lejlic... and sounded quite
remarkable!
What surely must qualify as the tallest platter in the world, the EnVogue Quasar (17,900 DM) has an approximately 11" high platter. It was put to good effect with the Synthesis tube amplifier and Zingali 2S (9,000 DM a pair including
stand.
Seen at larger-than-life size is Microgroove's 1818s cartridge (€1,000) moving magnet
enclosed within a Pear wood bosy.

Air Tight's latest drawing of the nicknamed Godzilla monoblock
